Finals this week

But I did want to document my existence at the beginning of the month, and say that I still hope to be alive after Wednesday.

Actually, I haven't that much to complain about. I talked to a lot of peeps at the Fireside Chat in Lafayette last night (which was blast by the way - you guys rock!) and apparently my 3 finals are an abnormally small amount.

Anywho, I want to leave you with a question that we were contemplating last night:

When you are cold does saying "Burr" make you warmer or colder?

I know my own thoughts, but let's hear yours...

reading the word "burr" makes me think of sticker burrs that attach themselves to one's pant's legs. unfortunately i'm pretty sure that saying "brrr" when i'm cold has no affect on me one way or the other. i do, however, know from experience that using reverse psychology one myself and saying "brrr" when it is actually hot in order to make myself feel colder does not work. in fact, the shivering that typically accompanies making such a statement about one's bodily temperature actually makes me warmer. which makes me think that maybe just maybe, saying "brrr" and shivering does make me warmer. thanks for letting me post here! :-D byyyye

Even if "Brrr" only has psychological benefits, I have to believe that it makes me warmer or I shall never say it again.

Deep in phiosophical thought, saying "brrr" matters not a fig. It's just describing the fact that one is cold (I think).

Without a shadow of a doubt, saying, "burr" makes me colder. This is Friday, are you still alive?

Saying "Brrr" makes me colder, because it is the verbal acceptence of being cold, therefore its like surrendering to the elements, and since you're no longer fighting for survival, your colder (dead people are always cold). I never say "Brrr", until now I've never said swmbd either, but now I've said it twice. Is that a bad sign? Ummm yeah.

Saying brr makes me think of humming something that has no vowel in it.

The word verification word is "oodaldg". I think I shall say that now when I am cold to make me colder and say Gdladoo when I am hot to make me hotter.

So there.

Wow, this was obviously a real winner.

Or maybe everyone's just cold.

Or maybe they're just all at the laundromat.
